Pesistency,

 adding little by little,

 ability to take things easy when you get a blow,

 keeping an open mind, keepng a cool temper,

 considering everything that goes wrong as a learning opportunity,

 believing its never too late to start / start afresh,

 finding opportunities in disasterous situations is the key.
